1. How do I track changes in a Word document?

Go to the Review tab and click on Track Changes. In this mode, you can
see the changes people made to the document which is indicated
by a red line and you can view comments as well.

2. How can I reduce the amount of pages to print for my document?

There is a function called Shrink One Page where it tries to fit everything on one page or reduce number of pages by one but it is not easily seen.
In the Quick Access toolbar, click on the arrow and go to More Commands. In Choose commands from, click All Commands.
Find and click on Shrink One Page, click Add and click OK. Click on the Shrink One Page button to shrink the page.

3. How do make rows have the same height in table?

Click inside the table, click the bottom-right arrow in the cell size section to go to table properties.
Go the Tab, check specify height with the size you want and uncheck Allow row to break across page.

4. How to add a background watermark into my Word document?

Go to the Design tab, and click on Watermark. Click Custom Watermark and Picture Watermark, search for the desired image,
and click Insert. Set the desired setting and click OK.

5. How can I make page numbers start something other than 1?

Click on the header/footer, click Page Number under Design under Header & Footer and go to Format Pagge Number
Click Start and put in the number to be started from.
